The natural rubber adhesive ensures instant adhesion and a secure grip. It sticks instantly to most surfaces, including metal, rubber, glass, and plastic.
Clean ‘lift-off’ removal ensures that the tape is removed in one piece, leaving no adhesive residue on the treated part. As a result, we can deliver super-sharp paint lines, even in high-temperature applications and on uneven surfaces.
This range also offers waterproof qualities, moisture resistance, UV resistance, and resistance to IR drying/drying cycles.

THE PAPER MILL
We decided to produce our masking tape paper entirely in-house. Thus, we invested in launching our paper mill.
The startup of this innovative paper mill consolidates our integrated production process, assuring prompt and integrated control of the whole Masking tapes production process.
We have improved our ability to deliver products with superior performance through this innovation, significantly improving the product development process.
Now, even more, our customers can secure the use of a new range of innovative tapes with superior performance, designed to perform from the very first stage. By fully controlling this process, we can also produce thinner paper than other products on the market.

PHASE 2
SATURATION
Unlike many competitors, we handle the entire saturation process in-house. This critical step gives the virgin paper the required mechanical performance, such as resistance to paint bleed-through, waterproof resistance, ease of unwinding and UV resistance. We can also produce thinner and stronger tapes than other products on the market.
COATING
In this step, a premium natural rubber adhesive is “coated” on the impregnated paper. Our highly technical adhesive gives the tape unique features such as:
• Resistance to high temperatures (including IR drying/drying cycles)
• Resistance to direct sunlight (UVR)
• Resistance to cold environments
• Instant adhesion and secure grip (even on irregular surfaces)
• Resistance to humidity and water
• Resistance to solvents and thinners
Our expertise allows us to produce masking tapes that adapt perfectly to any surface and can be removed easily without leaving any residue, securing very sharp lines.
